Aisling McGettigan
Ash is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience across financial services and technology, including venture capital, superannuation, and banking. Her career has taken her from KPMG and Commonwealth Bank through to leadership roles at Crescent Wealth Super and AirTree Ventures, where she helped shape the investment landscape for Australian and New Zealand technology entrepreneurs. Today, Ash is the Head of Finance and Operations at Athletic Ventures, working with elite athletes who invest in champion founders, and also serves as a Non-Executive Director with Young Change Agents, empowering young people to create entrepreneurial solutions for their communities. With deep expertise in finance, operations and governance- Ash brings both strategic rigour and a passion for impact to everything she does.
